Cornerstone Commercial Associates, LLC asset management services are provided to include day to day operations management, rent collection, rent monitoring, contract outsourcing for maintenance, lease administration, rent accounting, balance sheet and income statement preparation, insurance procurement, real estate tax analysis, invoice payment, annual budgeting, move in/move out inspections and dealing with the normal day to day problems and challenges of a commercial property.
We concentrate our efforts in providing a first class service to enhance tenant retention, streamline operations and competitive purchasing which translates into a higher net operating income---thus maximizing the value of the client’s property. We utilize a state of the art computerized accounting system which generates various timely reports required to keep our clients informed on their properties performance.
