Ronald C. Robbins, CCIM & CPM - President 

Mr. Robbins is a Founding Member of Cornerstone Commercial Associates, LLC., a full service commercial leasing and management firm. Ron Robbins has a wide variety of past experience in the commercial real estate business.

Mr. Robbins is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Florida, Georgia, Virginia and Maryland. Previous to his career in commercial leasing, he spent four years placing non-recourse commercial real estate loans for Phillips Realty Capital. Mr. Robbins has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1995. Mr. Robbins holds a bachelor degree from Washington and Lee University.

His background also includes construction and development in the Washington D.C. area.

Mr. Rosborough attended the University of Nebraska and is member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Mr. Rosborough specializes in industrial and office properties.
Todd is Senior Vice President for Commercial Sales for Cornerstone Commercial Associates, LLC, a full service commercial real estate firm with services in the Retail, Office, Industrial and Investment markets. Todd's focus is the Central Florida area where he has an extensive background in marketing, finance, construction, leasing and transaction services. Todd knows his market and is able to bring to bear his skills, historical data and technology to make recommendations base on present-day market conditions.

Dr. Ray has been in sales for 15 years. He currently specializes in Retail Leasing and Asset Management. Steven does much of our research and creates most of our marketing materials.

Dr. Ray completed his Doctorate at the University of Tennessee.
